St Tammany Parish

Emergency Management Website

St. Tammany is currently in the process of upgrading several important datasets used for both emergency and day-to-day operations. These dataset improvements include highly-accurate addressing data, updated tax assessment databases used for property value calculations, and locations of vulnerable infrastructure among others. NVision has purchased, customized, and in some cases created datasets to support emergency operations in the meantime. Datasets provided by NVision include parish-wide demographic data used for damage assessment and emergency response, census tract-level property data, and geo-located points for hospitals, shelters, federal stream gauges, schools, and near-real time precipitation maps. NVision will continue to support these datasets and incorporate improvements and new datasets provided by the parish.
